Genuine Weiler Tiger Big Cat Type 27, 40 grit flat flap disc with 7/8 arbor offers the widest footprint possible when grinding steel and stainless steel. Wider flaps combine with a higher density profile to easily conform with irregular and curved surfaces when grinding between 0-15 degrees. Tiger Big Cat discs last 30-40% longer than standard density discs.

The 40 grit abrasive grain is best for edge beveling, chamfering, weld grinding, and blending with an angle grinder. The Tiger Big Cat flap disc offers a 7/8″ open or plain arbor for a cost-effective mounting option when using adapting nuts.
