Description
The original Temperance fixed blade was both a utilitarian cutting tool and a proud member of Spydercos Martial Blade Craft (MBC) family of knives. To enable MBC practitioners to safely practice their skills with a partner, we also created a trainer version of the Temperance with a blunt edge and point. This limited-edition Sprint Run resurrects that concept with a blunted blade crafted from 420J2 stainless steel. The blade is flat ground and has a series of holes in it to closely replicate the weight of its live blade counterpart while providing a rounded point and edge safe for controlled contact with a partner. Its injection-molded FRN handle is bright red to clearly identify it as a training tool and it comes complete with a dedicated Boltaron sheath and G-Clip. For serious students of defensive knife tactics, it is the perfect complement to its live-blade brethren.
