Genuine Lincoln Prism Mobile Welding Fume Extractor Base Unit with Mechanized Cleaning MERV 16 filter features Lincoln’s RotaPulse automatic filter cleaning. The RotaPulse cleaning system requires compressed air to automatically remove accumulated particulates from your main filter; reducing downtime and extending your main filter’s life. This low vacuum welding fume extraction system captures welding fumes at the source. With a footprint of just 40 in. x 32 in. x 48 in., the Prism Mobile is designed to move around your weld shop quickly and conveniently.
The MERV 16 main filter captures up to 95% of airborne contaminants from 0.3 to 1 micron in size. The Prism Mobile fume extractor is excellent for manufacturing and fabrication applications where MIG, TIG, Stick or Flux-Cored welding fumes are present. It comes complete with a color-coded filter status indicator that clearly displays remaining filter life. This Prism Mobile runs on 120 volt, single-phase, 60 Hz input power.
