Lincoln’s HyperFill process feeds two solid wire electrodes through a single contact tip and liner. Hyperfill increases welding wire deposition rates, improving productivity and reducing costs.

Deposition rates above 18 lbs/hr (24+ lbs/hr robotically) using a single contact tip without compromising puddle stability or weld quality.
Diffuser and contact tip attach with a quarter-turn camlock instead of a threaded fitting to prevent the two wires from twisting together
Minimizes bending and uneven seating within the diffuser by allowing the contact tip to be pulled evenly while tightening
Two points of contact through tip cams provides more electrical contact and decreases resistive heating
