Designer Michael Powolny
Founded in 1718, the Vienna Porcelain Manufactory is the second-oldest in Europe. Now as then, porcelain continues to be made and painted by hand. Each piece is thus unique.
In 1928, this pioneer of modern Austrian ceramics conceived the Viennese Art Deco form for “Opus” in the style of New Objectivity, thereby creating truly timeless tableware.
